melvin|kernan updated the master plan for Mantua Township in Gloucester County, New Jersey. melvin | kernan brings a philosophy to its Master Planning process that promotes community building through sustainable integration of land uses. Transect planning, establishment of development edges and connectivity between and among uses are key to our focus on mixed use community design. As part of the process of updating the master plan areas were considered for renewal through redevelopment.
